What is the guest minimum and maximum for private events?
For private classes, we require a minimum of 8 guests to proceed. If your group exceeds 15 guests, we may need to include a teaching assistant to ensure everyone has a great experience. Adding a teacher’s assistant incurs an additional fee, which we’ll discuss with you based on the final guest count.
Are there additional fees for booking a private class?
Yes, we apply a 20% service fee to cover travel expenses, setup, and teaching preparation. This fee ensures that all materials and equipment are ready on-site and that our team can provide a seamless experience for you and your guests.
How long do classes typically last?
Our classes last between 1 and 1.5 hours. This timeframe allows participants to complete their projects while enjoying the process without feeling rushed.
Where will the class be held?
The class location is entirely up to you! We’re happy to come to your home, office, or any chosen venue that can comfortably accommodate your group. Just let us know the address when booking.
How far in advance should I book my class?
To ensure availability, we recommend beginning the booking process at least 3 weeks in advance of your desired date. This lead time helps us coordinate materials, staffing, and logistics. We’ll need a final confirmed guest count one week before the event to finalize preparations.
